115 | How My Depression Impacts My Life and My Family: Currently Going Through It

On today's episode, I am sharing openly and honestly about my depression and how it displays itself in my day-to-day life. I talk about how my lack of energy and lack of will damages my marriage and challenges my husband and what I do every day to battle it.
