In this week's episode of Living Big Mindfully, I am excited to be chatting with Elora Canne. Elora, originally from South Africa, is speaking to us today from Sydney, Australia.

Elora is an author, mother, grandmother, and budding paddle-boarder – who writes about later-in-life relationships, keeping the ‘spark’ alive, and the power of finding your voice…

During our conversation, Elora speaks openly about:

The year she spent traveling and reconnecting with her husband - after 25 years of marriage.

How she learned to create space for quality time and self -reflection.

And how she discovered a surprising ‘win-win’ after she started expressing her wants and needs.
