In today's report, Rita talks with Kelly O'Connor of Kankakee County as she was named an All-American at World Dairy Expo this week in Madison, Wisconsin. O'Connor was a part of the Illinois 4-H Dairy Judging team that competed this year and she placed 24th overall in Jerseys.
