This week we are delighted to welcome Helen Jones to the show. Helen is a wonderfully creatiive individual who feels she has been surpressing her creative side for many years. Now she has reached a point in her life where she finally feels she has the freedom to be herself and she revelas how improv comedy has played a big role in her shifting her mindset. She is recently retired and is ready to start a new and exciting chapter in her life full of improv, writing and maybe even some stand up comedy!
