K. Andrew Borg - Borg Design

In our 4th episode, we talk to Andrew Borg, president of Borg Design, Inc. Borg Design was originally founded in 1945 by Andrew's grandfather, Karl A Borg, in his basement. We talk about the mystery pieces they build with their CNC equipment for the government, the personal impact Covid had on his family, and the need to stay open for his clients. Andrew also talks about finding the right employees and keeping them inspired to work hard and enjoy working at Borg Design.
