Eric O'Brien - 10X Self Storage

In our 9th podcast, we talk to Eric O'Brien, the same Eric that owns O'Brien Commercial Properties that we interviewed a few weeks ago. Eric is also the owner of 10X Self Storage. They currently have 3 locations with more on the way. Eric describes what it was like buying and gutting a commercial building during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Eric prides himself on offering competitive pricing for a completely climate-controlled storage system for the local community. We also talk to Eric about his family and how they have played a helping hand in the businesses they run, especially during this past year.
