How to make an Orchestral Trance Intro 🎻 | Live Electronic Music Tutorial 116

In episode 116 we make an orchestral trance intro song from a MIDI chord progression using only Logic Pro X Internal instruments and plugins.

We begin by listening to the chord progression we previously selected for the task and selecting a pad preset in Logic Pro X Alchemy Synthesizer. Afterward we create a low frequency pad to fill in the low end.

We then use the same chords to add some instruments, we start with a string section and a Tuba to give the full orchestral feel. We then create some automation to accentuate the push pull motion using volume and filtering.
