Our thoughts are extremely influential to our health and wellness! The pillars we discuss today can all help mental health and physical health simultaneously. Oftentimes we are prescribed medication for ailments when there are more natural options that God has provided for us all. That was my experience through my journey with being diagnosed with Bipolar 2. I have learned how important it is to take care of your body so you can better serve and love others. Exercise is another important pillar to caring for your body. The absolute best exercise for your body is the one that you enjoy, the one you can’t wait to do again! We also discuss the importance of paying attention to the nutrition you put into your body. Pay attention to what makes you feel energized and what makes you feel tired and sluggish. Being self aware of your body, and feelings can help immensely when caring for yourself. The best rule of thumb is moderation for many things. It’s not healthy to have an all or nothing mindset. Let’s care for our bodies, the temples that God has blessed us with!
