Julie Ciardi is a 7-figure CEO and podcast host of IGNITE Her Mind. She’s a mentor and coach who helps women design lives they love versus lives of “should” - in her 12-month program, Julie teaches that Health, Wealth & Happiness are our own responsibility - we just need to learn how to create them! As a former corporate marketing executive for 20 years, Julie was successful but felt unfulfilled. She decided to pursue purpose, passion, and profit through a side hustle. That side hustle led to full-time entrepreneurship. She launched a brick & mortar boutique that soared to 6 figures in revenue in 4 months, a top 200 podcast, and grew to top 2% in a network marketing business in 5 months!!

Joe Ciardi is a former police sergeant with over 25 years on the job. He left the police force in early 2021 to embark on a new chapter. He is currently a business development executive and an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University, where he continues his love and passion for teaching law enforcement to others.

Joe and Julie are married with three kids ages 8, 16, and 18. And for the very first time, they share their story together from both sides of the journey!
