Summary:
The gift of tongues is the source of prayer. Are your prayers, what you desire? Or is the Holy Spirit speaking to you saying, "This is what I want you to pray for."
Show Notes:
A lot of times I don't know how to pray for somebody. How do I pray? I pray in tongues.
You can speak in tongues, and you will create awesome things because it's the Holy Spirit speaking through you.
We have to go before the Lord in intimacy and have Him speak to our hearts and hear His voice.
We do not speak what we think God wants. We speak what He's speaking. It takes perception and intimacy with the Holy Spirit.
Quotes:
When we have that focus on what God wants, and it's God's kingdom. That's a wonderful thing.
It's not important to understand with your mind. What was important is you take the gift of His Spirit in you, and you connect that to His spirit. And that's what He's looking for.
I like to envision when I pray in tongues, or when we're praying in tongues, as a group, that we're holding up a person, or a group of people into the throne room into His presence, and creating the atmosphere for them.
Scriptural References:
John 5:19 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say into you. The son can do nothing of Himself, but what He seeth the Father doing: for what things soever He doeth, these the Son also doeth in like manner.
