As God brings forth shepherd's after His own heart, they must know their relationship with Him.
We find that we are all shepherds and we are all sheep. We shepherd one another.
We refuse to criticize one another, but instead we build a foundation under one another in which we can stand.
There is something about laying down our lives, it is what Jesus said. We lay down our lives for each other.
We are to build one another up in love so that everyone feels they are important in His family.
A shepherd cries and intercedes for the people.
A true shepherd feels the responsibility for the people.
The great shepherd is creating shepherd's after His own heart.

Lord, is it time to do what it takes to bring them back? Is it time to enter into intercession on their behalf?
When you start feeling the responsibility, that's the beginning of a shepherd's heart right, there.
We should be worshiping, and thanking Him forever, for doing what He's done in our lives, because He is the Great Shepherd, who's creating shepherds after His own heart.
You know whom makes the most effective Shepherd, the sheep. What did What did Christ say? My sheep know my voice. Those sheep follow the shepherd.
When the time comes that God puts you in a place of being a shepherd. You've been taught very well, because you've been taught by His Son.
