The Lord is opening up the sabbath rest to His people.

The sabbath already exist and we should simply enter into it.
The Holy Spirit is leading us into this rest. It is a overflow of His Spirit in us.

We should let the Sabbath keep us instead of us keep the Sabbath. The Sabbath already exists. If we're looking to enter into something that already exist, that changes our approaches to it.
The Sabbath rest has to do with a greater flow of the Holy Spirit; in us and through us.

It all comes out of a relationship with the Lord, You have to have that time of coming into His presence and just drawing on Him.
The Sabbath is an age. It's the Age of the Kingdom.

The sabbath is an age, it's the age of the Kingdom. It is not just a day, its everyday that we can enter into His rest. The old age of human striving and futility is melting away as we are filled with His Spirit. In this new day we find that we don't keep the sabbath, we let the sabbath keep us.
