    • Give yourself the gift of learning to notice your feelings (ALL of them, not just the good ones); accept them as they come, and just be with them
    • Pay attention to your 5 senses; notice the somatic messages from your body - this is important information!  Look beneath them, not just at the physical sensations. Connecting to each of our senses can help grow creativity and also brings us more joy and more happiness.
