15. Build Strong Readers Through P.L.A.Y. in Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten

As a teacher and literacy specialist, the #1 question parents ask me is: "How can I set my child up for success in reading?"

To answer that question, I created an acronym for the word P.L.A.Y. to help parents (and teachers!) focus on the most important skills our little ones need to become strong readers.
