☀️ FREE End-of-the-Year Kindergarten Goals

When teaching little ones to read in preschool, pre-k, and kindergarten, you need to give them plenty of time and opportunities to practice reading words that follow the phonics skills they've already learned.

This means you can't hand them any children's book and ask them to read it...you need to be VERY careful to choose books that only have words they can decode on their own.

That's why you need decodable books. You can learn more about decodable books in this video.

Keep listening to hear about 3 sets of decodable books I recommend for your beginning reader to practice their reading skills at home.

Would you prefer to SEE the books, including clips of a 5 year old reading them? Click here to watch this information as a video!
