jūs                                  you (formal)

kaip gyveni?                    how are you?  ("tu" is implied here)

kaip tu gyveni?                how are you?  ("tu" used here for emphasis)

kaip jūs gyvenate?           how are you? 

kaip jūs gyvenat?             how are you?
