69. Entering a portal with Cathy French

In this week’s episode, I sit down and chat with intuitive, yoga Nidra guide, farmer, and dog lover, Cathy French. I’ve been enjoying her Nidras for a long time on both Insight Timer and Attune to the Moon. In this episode, Cathy shares her work blending ancient Celtic festivals with yoga Nidra. She walks us through the eight different festivals that are part of the perennial Celtic wheel. AND she shares how she leads her students into portals. She took me to my first portal and it was mindblowing and very much not what I expected. Cathy also shares how she incorporates her spirituality into her full-time job as a secondary school teacher. Cathy focuses her teachings on communing with nature and the land and reminds us that humans are just as much a part of nature as any green space or rolling wave. I needed this reminder and I’m so grateful for this conversation.
