Today I chat with Galactic Seer, Beth Kiacz. She shares how she helps clients develop their own relationship with channeling and spirit guides. She has an earned-secure attachment style recovering from fearful-avoidant as a child. Channeling and communing with her spirit guides have really helped her develop trust and ease anxiety in her body. Which are the two most important things for fearful avoidants to heal.
