Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias joins Lisa Dent to discuss his office investigating the Mt. Prospect police department after they shared license plate data with a Texas sheriff searching for a woman who got an abortion. Secretary Giannoulias shares that it is illegal in Illinois to share personal data with out-of-state agencies.
