Peng Sing has worn many musical hats – not only is he a musician and a champion of local music, he was the music director on radio, the founder of the record label Where Are The Fruits, and now, if we read his LinkedIn profile right, he's the Senior Manager, Performing Arts (Music) at the National Arts Council. So he knows a thing or two about the music biz.
