Your identity shapes your beliefs, your beliefs shape your thoughts, your thoughts shape your emotions, your emotions shape your feelings, and your feelings shape your actions, your activity, and essentially what you do. You are what you think about most, so it makes sense that you become that which you think about most. Therefore, if you feel inadequate, you will develop into an inadequate person. Your programming, the programming of your mind that occurred when we were typically eight years old, will determine how successful you are in life. And the reason this is so crucial is that I'm going to show you today how to be internally driven.
