Today, I share my experience of working hard and not smart. Many years ago, I struggled with low passion and motivation in my career and life because I was not taking care of me. The pursuit of the dream/goal became all consuming.  
You don't have to be "Crazy- busy" while you are building your dream or "side-hustle". You can get the work in needed to succeed while taking care of yourself and spending time with your family.
