And when you are able to just sit and be for that moment, whatever that timeframe is for you three minutes, five minutes, 30 minutes, whatever that is, sit and be in that moment. We have no pressures of the future coming into that present moment. How am I going to do this? What steps do I need to take? What if this doesn't work, right? All of those future goals that we have that have a tendency to take over our fears, our insecurities, our worries. So you don't have the future popping in. And you also aren't haunted by past by past mistakes by past insecurities by past limiting beliefs. And so you just have the present moment." - Deanna Herrin
