Trash (Totally Cashed) - Part 1

Trash is the singer/guitarist of the eclectic Chicago rock band Totally Cashed. From bagels to country (supposedly) to getting totally jacked, there is a lot to discover about Trash and their band. From Totally Cashed's first release Babeland (2018) you can hear a band that doesn't take a lot seriously except for the music they write. Following some EPs and Singles, Totally Cashed crashed into my awareness with The World's First Country Band (2023). Blending genres with a heavy tilt towards rocking out, the band's music is seriously fun but not at the expense of its quality. Without having seen then live I had heard a lot about Totally Cashed; they are widely known in the independent scene around Chicago for their wild shows and non-musical antics. In this interview we dive deep into the bands reputation, history and whats next.
