Why You Should Listen

We live in a time when attention is the rarest of currencies. Every screen blinks with outrage, every feed scrolls with distraction. And yet—there are words that are not noise. Words that do not evaporate in a swipe. Words that matter.

That is why I write here. Not to add more volume to the din, but to carve out a place where reflection outruns reaction, where clarity resists the fog, where hope refuses to be extinguished.

When you listen to Light Against Empire, you are choosing more than commentary. You are choosing witness. You are choosing defiance. You are choosing to remember that truth still has a pulse.

These essays, poems, and homilies are not meant to entertain you—they are meant to arm you. With perspective. With courage. With the stubborn reminder that even in a season of collapse, we can choose to carry fire instead of ashes.

 Because forgetting is how they win.
 Because remembering is how we endure.
 Because hope, spoken aloud, becomes harder to kill.
