Today, Brian is joined by another fellow Power Athlete Block 1, Dr. Nick Kyle from Move Right PT.

Nick is a breath of fresh air with his abilities to blend his profound intelligence and communication.

Nick is a fan of battling the bullshit, demanding that we do more for performance and meeting our potential, especially as coaches and practitioners.

Nick has a belief that we shouldn't be treating our patients and athletes to a checklist of capabilities, rather we should be teaching the why of an injury so that we can not only return to our normal activities, but be better than we were before.

He's passionate about what he practices, as well as the idea that 6-pack abs doesn't always mean stability, or health for that matter. Nick discusses the challenge with balancing performance and aesthetics with nutrition.
