Exam stress no more!(i hope) -- Take control and remember progress over perfection. Listen to a few of my tips for staying ahead of the workload with school/work/big events going on in your life. Thank you for listening and remember to not overwhelm yourself with the school semester coming to an end, exam season arriving and even the holiday season because even though it can be a wonderful time of year, it for sure has its stressors that come along with it.
