About the Guest: Jae Taft, Hooper, healer, inspirer, bucket filler, hope dealer, youtuber, influencer, believer in God and of all people, daughter, sister, friend, and someone who is undefined.

Jae has a huge heart and a passion to help women be seen and heard.   Jae is a high school basketball coach who uses LOVE, VULNERABILITY, & CREATIVITY as her coaching foundation.  Jae is faith based and is driven by the WORD.   Jae journals, uses daily affirmations, and surrounds herself with a COMMUNITY of positive people.
