Life on planet earth - living in the aftermath

At one time the United States reached its peak. We were living out the constitution for the first time in the history of this nation in the late 60s and early 70s, but that was done away with quickly. What can we do when the Rogues. What can we do when we're living in a world where the rogues have taken over and they're spreading their hatred and fear all over the world?
