I am not the only person that has been overwhelmed and stuck in the rut. Not being able to relax or breathe and life not stopping so you can take a break. We are not alone and it is okay to feel this way. Honor that and take these steps to get through that feeling:
1. Step away and breathe
2. Ask for help
3. Exercise or move our body
4. Find a creative outlet
5. Take it one step or one day at a time
To avoid feeling overwhelmed again:
1. Reflect on why you were feeling that way once you are ready and out of that space
2. Write things down including journaling or tasks that need to be taken care of
3. Filter your notifications
4. Avoid drugs and alcohol during the time of overwhelm
