#75 Taryn Williams | Founder of WINK Models, The Right Fit & #Gifted: One Of Australia's Most Prolific Entrepreneurs

In this episode I sat down with Taryn Williams, Taryn is a serial entrepreneur founding Wink models, The Right Fit & the newly established #Gifted. Over her career Taryn has continued to up her game, building successful business over and over.

Taryn's career started with her early involvement as a model, starting at the age of 15. She found herself disheartened by the inefficiencies within the modelling industry, delayed payments and limited job opportunities.

So at the age of 21, she took the the step of founding WINK Models. Wth the policy to ensure that all models received their payments within seven days and to promote diversity within the representation. WINK was entirely self-funded, and it has since flourished, boasting a talent pool of over 650 individuals nationwide.

After the success of WINK,Taryn started her second business, The Right Fit. This innovative platform hosts a community of over 9,000 influencers, models, actors, and photographers, streamlining the process of booking creative campaigns, making it both straightforward and cost-effective. Taryn has since exited.

Her latest venture #gifted is making waves in the influencer & e-commerce industry, easily allowing both content creators & brands to easily gift products or services to creators with the swipe of a finger.
