#47 Matt Srama | How To Create Financial Freedom Through Property - The Investment Protocols Of A Top 1% Investor

In this episode I sat down with Matt Srama, Matt is a former NRL player turned entrepreneur who has made a name for himself in the real estate industry becoming a top 1% investor in the country.

Matt got to live out his childhood dream of playing in the NRL, debuting for the Golf Coast Titans at the age of 19. His first 3 years in the competition went without a hitch until he had 9 injuries back to back that forced him to retire from the game he loved.

Post footy, Matt fell in love with Real Estate and Property investing and has now an eye watering multi-million dollar property portfolio.

Matt is now the Founder & Director of the Srama Group, a professional Gold Coast based buyers agency company that focuses on partnering with Gold Coast property buyers to save them time, pain and frustration during the sourcing, buying and post sale process, whilst also potentially saving them tens of thousands of dollars during the negotiation process.
