I listed suggestions from A-M to offer coping tips:
A. Accept your feelings.
B. Believe in the best outcome.
C. Cry when you need to.
D. Don't focus on things out of your control.
E. Express your emotions in healthy ways.
F. Forgive yourself for putting stress and pressure on yourself.
G. Ground yourself:  5 things you can SEE, 4 that you can FEEL, 3...HEAR, 2...SMELL and;
                                1 thing that you TREASURE in your LIFE!
H. Honor yourself where you are.
I. Inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 3, exhale for 7 seconds.
J. Journal your thoughts, concerns, worries, feelings and what you are grateful for.
K. Keep in contact with loved ones.
L. Laugh as often as possible.
M. Move your body!!
