In this first episode we will talk about what habits are and why they are actually useful to us. 

We will also cover the first two steps to changing a habit:
1. Notice the actions you are taking on autopilot (without thinking). Ask yourself if there are any you would like to change.
2. Identify the Cue (the cue is what sparks or leads to the action)
