Rob Dalto - Meeting Kipchoge, 6 Majors in 1 Year x 2, Founding Bronx Burners

On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Rob Dalto. Rob is a content creator and sub 3 marathoner living in New York, NY. He has an impressive 75k + followers between all of his platforms. We had a lot to talk about with Rob because he has a lot going on!

He recently co-founded a track club/non-profit in the Bronx called the Bronx Burners that raises money to provide college scholarships for students in the Bronx.

After running all 6 World Marathon Majors in 2023 with his sister to honor his late father, he is attempting it AGAIN in 2024 while running sub 3 in each race!

Rob also makes great content. One of his most recent content segments we discussed was challenging people to a race in Central Park, with the catch being if he loses he has to buy the other runner new shoes!

We also discussed getting to meet Kipchoge, making his own gels at home, and we even went through his LinkedIn where we learned he has a very impressive career! This one was a lot of fun, enjoy!
