#144 Ben Felton (Ben is Running) - London Marathon Recap, Training in Kenya, Fall Race Plans

On this episode, the boys had on the one and only Ben is Running (Ben Felton)! Ben is a 2:24 marathoner and content creator on YouTube and Instagram. We are huge fans of his (Chris has watched every YT video lol), and we were really excited to chat with him!

Ben recently ran the London Marathon and was in great shape but unfortunately got a really warm day and didn’t have the race he wanted. We talked about how to mentally overcome a tough race and also what’s next for him.

Ben’s partner, Meg, recently left her job in fashion to go full time helping Ben with his channel! We talked about that decision and the impact it has had so far.
