On this episode, the boys recap the Bayshore Marathon weekend with special guest Alex Scearce (Scotty’s wife)! We were all able to come away with PRs and also just had a super fun weekend with so many friends racing as well.

We talk about pre and post-race activities, break down each of our races in detail (including fueling) and touched on what we did differently in training and racing to achieve success. This is a long one, but a really good one. Enjoy!
