#131 Johannes Motschmann - Running Boston as a Pro & Dealing with Adversity

On this episode, the boys had our boy Johannes Motschmann back on the pod! Johannes has had an exciting month or so since we had him on last. He ran the Berlin Half, European Road Championships 10k, and Boston Marathon!

Johannes had a tough experience at his first Boston Marathon. He was carrying some fatigue into the race and he felt it wasn’t going to be his day pretty quickly. He stayed in it and battled to the end though, running 2:22!

We talked about the pro experience in Boston, some things he would have changed, future plans and more!

Johannes is so much fun to chat with and we will certainly be having him back soon, don’t worry!
