053 - What are you apologising for?

I’m keeping this short to avoid the potential for a very long episode as this is a real annoyance for me. I was in a meeting recently where quite a few people interrupted each other to ask questions, and only the women apologised for it as they started to speak. Why are we doing this? I do know some guys who do too, but I’ve noticed it’s mainly women. When we have something to truly apologise, then yes, apologise. But we seem to throw this word around so easily in everyday life saying sorry for the tiniest thing. And when we don't actually have anything to apologise for. What are you apologising for?
