On today’s episode I am talking about whether your path to recovery is all or nothing. If we have to fix absolutely everything in our lives to get better.
If you’ve been on any self-development journey, you know that by the time you come out the other end, there’s a whole load of other issues that have popped up. The onion theory. Keep peeling away those layers. We then feel that we must then start working on those new issues too. If we don’t, have we somehow failed, or we’re not good enough?
