Shedding Rigidity

HR today is rigid. So many rules and regulations that we've replaced "care" with "compliance." There's another way of doing HR that's less about maintaining structures and more about finding fluidity. Using the evolution of dress code policy over the years, I talk about how to make that transition. Then I explore finding that happy balance between rigidity and fluidity. Of course, I'm not just talking about HR but about personal growth in general.
