In this episode, I interview Steve Hammond, a principal of a Glasser Quality School (GQS) in Norfolk, VA. Steve’s GQS is also a Catholic school where he trains his teachers in Glasser’s Choice Theory ideology. Steve and I talk about his school, his journey to becoming a GQS and some very poignant stories of students along the way.
