I, OFTEN, have to shake my head when I hear someone say, "It must be nice being a leader. You get to do all that cool stuff. I wish I was a leader."
NO YOU DON'T!!!
Being a leader is like volunteering to be ugly.
Please, don't get me wrong.
There are aspects of leadership that have great rewards and privileges.
However, they are far and few between the everyday goings on in life.
Now, being a "spiritual leader" is much more exciting.
I'm being  facetious.
There is nothing glamorous about being any type of leadership role (even that of being a dictator/emporer).
Remember, we're talking about leading people like you around.
BTW, what type of person are you as a follower?
