We recently bought a house and  literally, as "blind luck" would have it, 6 months after we bought it we had already made 50k in equity. 
We didn't know the market all that well.
However, those who understood the times/market saw the balloon coming.
They understood the times and as a result they really made out well as property brokers.
Understanding the times is important for a variety of important reasons.
We will be looking at the spiritual climate and ramifications in the next few podcast episodes.
