Mountain peaks also contain plateaus and valleys.
Prophetic vision is often compared to looking at the mountain peaks and reporting what is seen about them while the plateaus and valleys aren't mentioned.
The plateaus and valleys all represent time and space.
The mountain peaks illustrate experiences and conditions.
Periodically things can get a bit confusing.
Thank God for His other means of communication.
Prophetic stuff is important but it is what it is: one piece of the puzzle... the puzzle is the mosaic of life.
Prophetic ministry is kind of like driving really fast in your car while wearing binoculars. 
Everything seems closer and faster.
We are going to slow things down a bit and catch our breath and breathe in the goodness of our God and His provisions for awhile!
