True Leaders Don't Run Away From Difficulties

Being a leader involves pereiodically dealing with conflicts and uprisings.
Divisions and disputes, even in the midst of revival, can brew and boil over during the course of time.
True leaders will be part of the solution by not runnung from the conflict but addressing it head on.
Being angry is different than ruling by anger.
Some people use the tyranical method of excercising anger to intimidate and control people.
Good leaders allow themselves to feel anger but rely upon the Word of the LORD to come to them and through them.
It's identifying with the people and with God that makes for a great leader.
