Did you you know that the best way to completely get rid of weeds on your lawn is to plant plenty of strong, good grass seeds.
The strong, good, grass seeds will overtake the weaker weed roots if there is enough seed planted that take root.
The same goes with our inner life; our heart.
We need to plant new, strong, good thoughts and practices  (along with the blood of Christ and the holy scriptures) as ways that we deal with distracting thoughts.
