Expecting things to take place sooner or in a different way than we were hoping for can be a bit frustrating (to say the least).
Have you ever had to wait in rush hour traffic or looking forward to a raise in your wages only to find out that plans were different than what you were expecting?
Having "Eternity" established as a cornerstone that we have allowed God to build into our logic is a very wise choice to make.
Somethings are meant to be eternal, not temporal.
Eternal things developed into our character are extremely high on God's priority list for our lives.
Sacrificing the best for the good is not the ways of the LORD.
Eternal qualities of God in us are well worth any length of time and trouble to see them established.
We are eternal beings.
God is an eternal God!
