The "Mind" of Christ is developed in us as the Holy Spirit leads us through the process. Some things/ changes seemingly happen overnight while other developments take more time.  Having a discipline of prayer and fasting in our lives greatly enhances the Holy Spirit's  development of the mind of Christ in us and our usage in the Kingdom of God.
