Or, last but not least, maybe you've said, I wish people would just get off my back! 
We've all heard the "Denial is not the river (Nile) that runs through Egypt." 
In this episode we are addressing the solution to living in denial. 
So that we can actually experience true freedom from the things that have kept us bound to destruction.
